Comes pre-wired for single phase 240 volt AC input Australian style switched double outlets provided at convenient locations. Ceiling panel lights are LED for low power consumption and may be provided in "daylight" or "warm white" colors upon request and pending availability. All outlets are GFCI/RCD protected for safety. Wired for 220-240 and 12 volt minimalist system.
Base floor is constructed of Marine-grade 1.5″ plywood with bearing pressure of 16,000 lbs. per 100 square feet, overlaid with floor tiles in your choice colour.
Outside wall finish 6mm exterior wall board with acrylic paint light tone colour of your choice.
Inside walls finish 6mm wall board with acrylic paint light tone colour of your choice. (other options available) Ceiling plywood sheets oil treated and polished or painted. Wood trim standard 7cm for floor base, doors, and windows.
